One of our specialities is assessing current running shoes and making the appropriate recommendations.
This can often involve recommending up to three different types of running shoes (Your Running Shoe Formula) depending on a number of variables including the number of kilometres you are running or aspire to do (and your budget!). Not only can you get strength, injury prevention, speed and wear benefits from rotating your shoes but it is also more fun!
We will be able to tell you the type of stability, neutral, lightweight trainer, trail shoe (and/or combination) that you may require based on the running video analysis. We are also keeping up to date on the latest running shoe research to aid in our overall decision making.
