It was great to help at the POGO Physio tent at the 2016 Gold Coast Marathon on the weekend!  We were positioned at the 300m to go mark and it was inspirational seeing the runners surge to the finish line!  It was also great to help flush out some of the lactic acid of the POGO runners.
