Guiding you successfully through your sports and running foot injury rehabilitation involves implementing the latest research in treatment protocols, sports & running clinical experience as well as creating an environment where we can communicate easily and effectively between patient and practitioner. It may also involve collaboration with allied health and medical practitioners as there may be contributing factors out of our scope of practice in terms of treatment.
Some of the treatments we use directly include soft tissue release, dry needling, mobilising, manipulations, taping, padding, foot and ankle strengthening exercises, stretching programs and if required foot orthoses.
If required and especially if your pain is not improving then we will be able to refer you to the right person to assist in continuing to get you better.
